Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at the email or phone number on our Contact page. Include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
